Microsoft Autoupdater is the worst piece of Software and on a mac you it sucks!

You would think that disabling auto updates would disable the fucking auto updater? No it does not. Searching these forums shows there’s a lot of people complaining about AutoUpdate constant intrusion and faults. It’s odd that MS has not solved this issue in so many years. In my cursory review these complaints go back five years. And it’s been several years since a MS employee has replied to AutoUpdate complaints in these forums.
